Villa Zafira is located in Nea Magnisia a traditional and picturesque village in the outskirts of Rethymno town.

It is only 800 meters from the resort of Skaleta, a historical settlement, stretching on the shore of the Crete Island about 12 kilometers east of the of Rethymno port and 67 km west of Heraklion.

As you approach Villa Zafira which is newly build and luxurious villa you will notice the olive trees and the peaceful surroundings before you find the parking area of the villa and right next to the parking you will find a door that opens leads you up to a ramp to the main entrance of the villa.

This ramp has been specially designed for wheel chair users. As you reach the main entrance door you will see an open plan fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, fridge and all the necessary kitchen utensils, dining room and living room from which you will be able to enjoy panoramic sea views.

The living room has a sliding door that opens and leads to a large terrace from which you will be able enjoy the panoramic sea view and the view of the surrounding area. As you walk further you will find the swimming pool, sauna and the barbecue area.

Villa Zafira offers 3 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom - has a queen size bed and en-suite with Jacuzzi - wc

- 2nd bedroom - has a queen size bed - wc - shower

- 3rd bedroom - has a queen size and en-suite wc bath.

The kitchen has the following facilities: Microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, toaster etc.
