Availability requests became valid bookings only after a deposit payment received.
If payment not received booking is canceled and accommodation became available for another customer.

As deposit we ask a 20% of the estimated cost of the property rental.
We accept payments by bank transfer or Paypal in case you want to use credit cards..

In case of cancellation no refund will be given.

At the time of your payment, arrival and departure details will be request. It's your responsibility to ensure that those details are correct. We estimate your arrival at the accommodation about 2 hours after flight landing time and you will be living the accommodation about 3 hours before flight departure time.

Crete Rent doesn't arrange flights and we are not responsible for any flight cancellation.
Please don't book your flight until we confirm the reservation.

Crete Rent don't offer any travel insurance. You are required to take your own.

It's your responsibility to pay for any breakages. We request that you respect your accommodation and in the ever of serious abuse to your villa - apartment by any member in your party, you may be asked to leave.

Our website clearly sows the maximum number of persons that may stay in each accommodation. This number may not be exceed.

Your personal details will not be given or sold to any third party. We use them only for arranging your accommodation, associated services with Crete Rent and to assist you enjoy your holidays
