CAR RENTAL GENERAL TERMS

• Driver's Age: Minimum 21 years old for credit card holders and 23 years old for non credit card holders.
• Driver's License: International or National driving license held at year ago.
• Minimum rental: One day (24 hours) for Rethymno town and five(5) days for all other locations. Every hour in excess (three at the most) is charged with 1/5 of daily rate. For over three hours is charged an additional daily rate.
• Payment: Cash or with all major credit cards accepted by the rental Agency (1,5% surcharge required) at delivery of the car.
• Gasoline: Gasoline consumption during the rental period, paid by the renter.
• Traffic violations: All tickets resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are paid by the renter.
